What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), profile content you publish, booking details (dates, addresses, guests), messages sent through the platform, and payment metadata (handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers). Technical data such as device and usage information is collected for security and product improvement.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching, bookings, payments and payouts, messaging, reviews, fraud prevention (including detection of off-platform contact sharing), customer support and legal compliance. Nutrition partner membership is used solely to apply your discount.
Sharing
With the other party to a booking (only what's needed — full address after confirmation), with processors such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting/database), Vercel (hosting) and Mapbox (maps), and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and export it, by contacting support@yummy4.me. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
Retention & security
Data is retained while your account is active and as required by law afterwards. We use encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and restricted access to production systems.
